We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who is passionate about customer experience, team development, and driving sales performance.
As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensuring quality, consistency, and excellence across all in-store activities. You will work closely with the Store Manager to support business objectives, lead the sales floor, and coach your team to success.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the Store Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through coaching and performance management
• Open and close the store in accordance with scheduled hours
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues professionally
• Drive sales performance through active floor leadership and cross-selling
• Maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and proper documentation
• Ensure store standards are met in visual merchandising, housekeeping, and grooming
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HR legislation, and health & safety standards
• Monitor store operations and continuously identify opportunities for improvement
