Position: Project Manager (IT & Security)
Location: Barbados, with occasional travel across the Eastern Caribbean.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage IT infrastructure, security projects (e.g., camera installations, fiber/cabling), ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Coordinate resources, vendors, and stakeholders across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in project management (IT and security focus preferred).
- Proven track record managing technical installations (e.g., CCTV, cabling) and IT infrastructure initiatives.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project management tools.
- Flexibility to travel regionally as needed.
