Promotech Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Lashley as the new Country Manager for Barbados, effective June 1, 2025.
With over 25 years of experience in ICT sales, service management, and strategic project implementation, Brian has a proven track record of delivering innovative solutions across the Government, Education, and Financial sectors. He has led successful technology integrations in education and supported local and international banks through digital transformations, consistently driving market growth and strengthening client partnerships.
Brian is also deeply committed to community development. As President (2022–2023) of the Rotary Club of Barbados South, he spearheaded impactful initiatives such as the Christmas Hamper Project, AgroKids, and programs that promote Social and Emotional Learning (SEL).
As he steps into this new leadership role, Brian is confident in the collective potential to elevate Promotech Barbados, foster innovation, and deepen our impact in the community. We look forward to a bright and sustainable future together.
He will report directly to the Group CEO.
We also extend our deepest thanks to Mr. Roger Worme for his years of dedicated service as General Manager. Roger will officially retire on June 13, 2025, and we wish him the very best in this next chapter.
