Promotech Inc. is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of the operations of iShop Barbados, a certified Apple Authorized Reseller and Service Center located at Sheraton Mall, Barbados. The transaction was completed at the end of January 2026.
This acquisition represents a deliberate step in Promotech’s broader strategy to expand its presence in the premium technology segment while enhancing customer experience across retail, enterprise, and government markets.
iShop Barbados is well known for delivering genuine Apple products, certified repairs, and a high standard of customer service.
By bringing iShop into the Promotech group, the company strengthens its ability to deliver end-to-end technology solutions across consumer, business, and public sector segments, with a clear focus on premium products, certified service, and customer experience.
The integration creates immediate synergies across retail, enterprise sales, service delivery, procurement, and distribution. Customers will benefit from improved product availability, expanded technical support capabilities, and a more seamless experience across Promotech’s channels.
